Deposits/Cancellation Policy

Stays of less than 31 days require a deposit of one night's stay by credit card.

Rentals of more than 5 days require a $500.00 deposit

Deposits become non-refundable 3 days prior to arrival.

There will be a $20.00 cancellation fee on all cancelled reservations.

Stay's of 31 days or more require a $500.00 deposit made by credit card.

Deposit's become non-refundable 30 days prior to arrival.

There will be a $100.00 cancellation fee on all cancelled reservation.

Multi-Month Reservations the $500.00 deposit will be applied to the last month of the stay.

Holidays: deposits for holiday reservations become non-refundable 30 days prior to arrival date. Holidays incude:

New Year's, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Length of stay cannot be shortened once any deposit becomes non-refundable.

Any balance owed will be taken on day of arrival for the term of the stay and will become non-refundable.
